Important Customer Information
Delivery:
Delivery is free to all local addresses within a 15 mile radius on orders over £300. Items are sent extremely well packaged and are delivered by our own delivery team. For UK addresses over 50 miles distance, it may be necessary to arrange for delivery to be made by courier transport.
Deliveries made by ourselves will be carried onto your premises, unpacked, and fully set up in your house for you, with all rubbish taken away. Deliveries made by couriers will be carried into your house, however they will not be unpacked.
The Products:
All our products are delivered fully assembled to you. If necessary, items may have legs removed upon delivery to assist with entry. Larger items such as wardrobes can be taken apart by our own delivery teams only.
Lead Times:
Lead Times quoted are for guidance only, and are as accurate as possible. Please bear in mind, most items will take 4 - 8 weeks, purely because the majority of our products involve a choice of colours, or can be made to measure to your own dimensions. We do hold stock of a number of the more popular products, but given the vast ranges which we carry, together with the variation in colour or dimensions we are unable to hold stock of all products.
Right to cancel:
You can cancel and withdraw from your order within 1 week of ordering your goods without charge. No reason is necessary for the withdrawal, which must be given in writing.
Guarantee:
All guarantees are given in accordance with legal requirements, and we guarantee the quality of manufacture for 12 months. Any additional guarantee statements are contained within the individual product descriptions. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Data protection:
We store all customer data in accordance with legal requirements and do not pass or sell on any information to third parties.
Do you have a catalogue you could send me?
Catalogues are available for limited ranges only, as provided by our suppliers. These can be obtained on request within our store.
How can I place an order?
It is always preferable to place orders by visiting the store in person so that your exact requirements can be discussed and clarified before order placement. However orders can also be placed by telephone fax or post.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Payment can be made in store by cash, cheque or credit card. We accept all Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Masetro & Electron cards and can accept personal cheques with orders via the post for deposits. We are unable to accept personal cheques for balance payments on the day of delivery.
When do I pay for my order?
Your card will be debited prior to delivery with the specific amount. We are happy for you to pay a 20% deposit at the time of order, and the balance prior to delivery. We will happily process your card over the telephone.
Terms & Conditions
Title to the Goods shall remain vested with Indigo and shall not pass to the Buyer until the purchase price for the Goods has been paid in full and received by Indigo. Until title to the Goods passes:
- Indigo shall have authority to retake, sell or otherwise deal with and/or dispose of all or any part of the Goods;
- Indigo and its agents and employees shall be entitled at any time and without the need to give notice enter upon any property upon which the Goods or any part are stored, or upon which the Seller reasonably believes them to be kept;
- Irrespective of whether title to the Goods remains vested with Indigo, risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery.
What happens if I cancel my order?
If you decide to cancel your order within one week of placing, there will be no charge, providing the goods are not bespoke products.
How do your prices compare to others?
We, like many others operate a price promise, and cannot be beaten on price, service or range flexibility. We are one of very few suppliers who can offer you a made-to-measure service on some branded products, which alongside a price promise, we feel, makes us the best choice for all your furniture needs.
When will you dispatch my order?
Some products are held in stock, or are available on rapid delivery. However lead times are only approximate and should be used to provide an estimated time only.
When will you deliver items that are in stock?
Items that are available immediately, will be dispatched either by our own delivery service, if you are located within 50 miles, or by couriers. Your details are passed on to the couriers who will contact you to arrange delivery at a convenient time. We can also ring 30mins before our arrival to allow you to travel home, reducing the amount of time you will need off work. Please request this when you place your order.
Will the delivery drivers take the item to the appropriate room?
Our own delivery service will unload, unpack and assemble all your furniture, exactly where you want it, and will happily move it around within the room until you are happy. Regrettably, deliveries can only able be made to ground floor locations, for health and safety reasons. If you order is dispatched via our couriers, they will take the item into your house, but will not attempt to carry any items upstairs, nor take them apart due to the health and safety risk.
Any service you receive, further than the item being carried into your house, is solely at the discretion of the delivery staff or our couriers.
Can my goods be left at the side of my house?
Unfortunately we cannot leave any goods without a signature of delivery. We will happily deliver to a garage, garden or neighbors, providing written permission from you instructing us to do so is received, and a signature can be obtained to prove receipt of delivery.
