Deliveries.

Indigo have large warehouse premises and we are able to carry large amounts of stock. We often hold stock of many of the more popular items, such as the Indian furniture range and many types of dining chair, so please enquire at the time of ordering.

Specific furniture requirements are also ordered specifically from UK suppliers for our customers, and typically have a 4-8 week lead time, depending on the item. All furniture orders are subject to a a 20% deposit at time of order, with the balance due prior to delivery.

Furniture is traditionally bulky and heavy and generally requires 2 people per delivery - delivery charges cover our labour and transport costs.

Having experienced first-hand the "delivery service" of most high street stores who give delivery slots of "9am - 5pm" and expect you to wait in all day for your product, we are determined to do things differently at Indigo. Once your delivery date has been confirmed to you, we can give you a morning or afternoon window for your delivery.

Delivery charges for furniture vary, but as a guide are as follows:

INDIGO offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £300 within a fifteen mile radius

For all orders under £300 within a fifteen mile radius, a nominal charge of £15 will apply

In all other circumstances delivery charges can be quoted by consultation with our staff.
